Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Policy Overview

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days from your date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We prioritize in-store purchases, and as such, this policy applies exclusively to items bought directly from our physical store location. Please note that online quotations are for informational purposes only and are not subject to this returns policy.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in its original packaging.

• You must have your original receipt or proof of purchase.

3. The Return Process

To complete your return, you must bring the item, along with your original receipt, back to our store during business hours. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility requirements. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Non Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for a return or refund. This includes:

• Special order items

• Custom-cut materials (e.g., lumber, decking boards, or fencing panels cut to specific lengths)

• Items purchased on sale or at a discount

5. Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your account.

6. Damaged or Defective Goods

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately to report the issue. You may be asked to provide photographs of the item. We will then provide instructions on how to proceed with a replacement or refund.
